week 2, day 2 -- tues. feb 9th

food for the day:

meal #1
--
smoothie

meal #2 -- some kind of sandwich and green tea.

meal #3 -- whole wheat pasta with homemade sauce

meal #4 -- 1/2 smoothie.


exercise for the day:

** 30 minutes of yoga.
** 30 minutes of physical therapy.
** extra stretches during the day.


activites for the day:

** work only on Racheli's birthday scarf.
