food for the day:
meal #1 -- 2 sandwiches made with whole wheat bread, humus spread, dijon mustard spread, 1 slice cheese, 1 banana, 1 super large coffee.
meal #2 -- skipped this one altogether
meal #3 -- a variety of food that we got from my friend, including fish balls, cooked wheat (turns out like really delicious brown rice, even better), dumpings, and something else that i can't think of now.
meal #4 -- smoothie
walk(s) for the day:
** 1st walk, will be done by going up to the closes shopping center, doing one lap around the park behind it and then coming back home. - done, but instead of the extra lap around the park, i went into several stores and did alot of walking that way.
** no 2nd walk scheduled
activites for the day:
** lots of work on my website in the morning and early afternoon -- done
** 45 minutes of physical therapy exercises -- done
** knit as much as possible in the late afternoon/all evening -- done
onward and upward !! :-)
