a super fun day with my friend coming to visit, and then with the great walk in the rain in the evening :-)

food for the day:
meal #1 -- 1 cup steel-cut oalmeal with 1/2 cup skim mink, dab of butter, pinch of ground cinnamon (yummers), 6oz cottage cheese, 5 prunes
meal #2 -- large bowl of soup
meal #3 -- smoothie
meal #4 -- smoothie
walk(s) for the day:
** 1 90 minute walk in the evening, going down our street to the mall and back. -- done
activites for the day:
** having my friend over for lunch -- done
** 30 minutes of physical therapy exercises -- done
** knit as much as possible throughout the day -- done
onward and upward !! :-)
