** lots of work on my website part of the day !!! -- nope. i completely forgot that it's Shabbat. i don't work on Shabbat :-)
** knit/crochet in the late evening, when i'm off the computer -- knitted and crocheted ALL DAY LONG !!! :-)
** 45 minutes of physical therapy -- done
onward and upward !! :-)
