i could not eat as much as i had planned, but i stayed pretty much within the 40/40/20 mark for the day.
i thought that i would be much more hungry during the day, but i think that breaking up my sleep makes it difficult to eat much more than 4 meals. i can't eat right after i wake up.
i will figure out the calories later, as well as make my food plan for tomorrow, tuesday, may 20th.
