for once, i have no idea what i'm going to eat since i'm going out with Mari and we'll be going on and on for some hours. i want to totally enjoy the day and not have to think of what i'm eating, at least while we're out. i'm not going to go wild, but i will have great fun :-)
no fitness plan either. i'll be doing a lot of walking around, which is always very difficult for me. it's going to be a very good chance to see how much i've progressed in general with strength. i'll also be weighing in at the clinic and i'm hoping to see a good number there, as i did at the gym.
onward and upward !!
