this is what i've been afraid of since before i joined the gym. i'm tired and i am just so afraid that it's going to impact on my abilities to work properly.
i've set some very do-able goals with work for the month of May and now i'm seeing those goals a bit further away than i want them to be, and this is due to the fact that by 10 or 11pm i'm dead tired.
Rico says that i'll get used to the split sleeping hours and that i'll eventually have more energies to do everything. i hope so. i don't want to mess work up, and i don't want to cut back on my fitness plan either.
i guess i want it all !
i'll report later as to how the work afternoon/evening goes today, the last work-day of the week.
onward and upward !!
