week 1, day 3

swimming is SO MUCH FUN !!!

40 laps and i felt wonderful. not dizzy like sunday or yesterday.

food has been very good so far. i'll report later at the end of the day as to exact meals and calories.

food for the day:

meal #1: smoothie with 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 apple, 1 cup milk, 2 scoops protein powder (this was much better)

meal #2: stir-fry with 3oz chicken breast and loads of vegetables, 1 cup brown rice

meal #3: smoothie with 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 orange, 1 cup milk, 2 scoops protein powder (yummie with the orange)

meal #2: stir-fry with 3oz chicken breast and loads of vegetables

somewhere in-between meal #2 & #3 i had four thin slices of cheese (i could eat a whole kilo at one sitting if left to my own devices !! i wasn't even hungry, i just wanted cheese)

total calories: 1800 with a very disturbing breakdown of 25/50/25 (i do NOT like this at all !! )


onward and upward !!
