i finished working at about 1am last night and for some strange reason i was unable to wind-down and sleep.... even after taking my meds and watching tv for awhile.
so, i got back on the computer and started a work-out sheet in word for my up-coming workouts when i re-join the gym.
the next step is to go back to my old work-out records and plot out the actual work-outs.
i'll be posting the same table here on my blog as i go along.
onward and upward !
